Tell us which conversation you want.

Not every question is a demo request. Below is who handles what, so your message lands with someone who can answer it rather than someone who has to forward it.

A demo request has its own page — it collects the context that makes the session useful

01Who handles what

Four conversations, four addresses.

We publish addresses rather than a single routing form. It is slower for us and faster for you.

  • You are evaluating the platform

Use the demo page rather than email — the form collects your systems and supplier mix, which is what makes the first session worth having. If you would rather write, the same team reads the sales address.

    hello@kelqio.com
  • You are a supplier

If one of your customers has asked you to connect, or you want your catalog reachable inside buyers' procurement systems, tell us which customer prompted it. That determines the connection method.

    hello@kelqio.com
  • You are reviewing the architecture

IT, security and ERP teams can write for integration detail, data flows or a security questionnaire. The security page covers what we can already answer in writing.

    hello@kelqio.com
  • You have a data protection request

Access, rectification, erasure or objection requests reach the address below. The controller identity and response process are published on the privacy page once counsel has reviewed it. [TO BE CONFIRMED]

    hello@kelqio.com

02What to expect

What happens after you write.

A person reads it. There is no auto-qualification step, no sequence, and no addition to a mailing list — we use the address you wrote from to answer the question you asked, and for nothing else.

If your question touches something we have not verified — a named ERP integration, a certification, a performance figure — the answer will say so rather than guess. That rule is the same in email as it is on the rest of this site.

Response times, a postal address and a company registration number belong on this page. They are not published yet because they must come from the business rather than from a copywriter. [TO BE CONFIRMED]

Next step

Bring your supplier list. We’ll show you the flow.

A working session with our team, using your systems and your supplier mix — not a generic slide deck.

  • 01

Where your suppliers sit today: connected, semi-connected, or not at all

  • 02

How each channel would route through Kelqio into your ERP and procurement platform

  • 03

What connecting the next twenty suppliers would actually involve
