Book a demo

Bring your supplier list. We’ll show you the flow.

A working session with our team, using your systems and your supplier mix — not a generic slide deck.

What the session covers

  1. 01

    Where your suppliers sit today

Connected, semi-connected, or handled entirely by email and phone — mapped against your actual list.

  2. 02

    How each channel would route

What a catalog file, a supplier API and a B2B website each look like once they pass through Kelqio into your stack.

  3. 03

What the next twenty suppliers involve

The realistic effort per supplier, on your side and theirs, with no assumption that they all have an IT team.

  4. 04

    What we cannot answer yet

Where something is unconfirmed, we will say so in the session rather than after the contract.

Who should be in the room

Procurement, and whoever owns the ERP or procurement platform integration. The conversation is more useful when both are present, because the interesting constraints usually come from the second group.

Why there is no free trial

Kelqio connects supplier systems to enterprise procurement environments. A self-serve trial would show you an empty shell — the value only appears once something real is connected. So we start with a conversation instead.

Step 1 of 2

Start with your work email.

One field. We ask the rest on the next step so you can see what you are giving before you give it.

We use this to prepare and run the session. No newsletter, no list rental.

How the session works

What happens between the form and the answer.

No slide deck, and no discovery call before the demo. Here is the whole sequence.

  1. 01You

    Send the request

Six fields: who you are, the system you run, roughly how many suppliers, and what you are trying to solve.

    What you bring

Five minutes, and a rough supplier count rather than an exact one.

    What you get back

A reply from a person, with a time proposal and what to have ready.

  2. 02Kelqio

    We prepare on your case

We read your systems and your supplier mix before the session rather than during it.

    What you bring

Your supplier list, in whatever form it exists — a spreadsheet is fine.

    What you get back

A session built on your suppliers instead of a generic demo tenant.

  3. 03The session

We map where your suppliers sit

Connected, semi-connected, or handled entirely by email and phone.

    What you bring

Whoever knows how buying actually happens, including the workarounds.

    What you get back

A picture of your channel fragmentation that is useful even if you never buy anything.

  4. 04The session

We route each channel through the flow

What a catalog file, a supplier API and a B2B website each become once standardized.

    What you bring

The person who owns the ERP or procurement platform integration.

    What you get back

The realistic effort per supplier, on your side and on theirs.

  5. 05Kelqio

We say what is not settled

Where something is unconfirmed, we mark it in the session rather than after the contract.

    What you bring

    Your hardest question, asked early.

    What you get back

A written list of what we confirmed, and what we still owe you an answer on.

There is no self-serve trial: an empty tenant would show you nothing worth judging.
